Moravian College Hall of Fame Statement of Purpose and Eligibility

The purpose of the Moravian College Hall of Fame is to recognize those men and women whose performance as undergraduates made a significant contribution to the Moravian College intercollegiate program and who have continued to exemplify the qualities of leadership and service in their personal and professional lives.

The Hall of Fame helps foster ties between alumni and Moravian as well as highlights the accomplishments of alumni to current and prospective students and the surrounding community.

The guidelines for eligibility are as follows.

• Nominees must be alumni or alumnae who were varsity award recipients and who graduated at least 10 years ago. In addition they should be alumni or alumnae whose performance as undergraduates made a significant contribution to the Moravian College intercollegiate athletic program and who have continued to exemplify the qualities of leadership and service in their personal and professional lives.
• Non-varsity alumni or alumnae may be considered for honorary membership.
• Non-alumni or alumnae may be considered for honorary membership.
• Posthumous awards may be considered.
• Members of the athletics staff may be considered only after completing their employment at the College.
