Internet Explorer 7 seems to time out when loading the
Web site.
Try using the Web browser Firefox. Firefox seems to load the
site much quicker.
The Homelink site uses SSL encryption (https) which requires your
web browser to accept a certificate.
Error message: 3rd-party certificate issuer did NOT sign
the certificate
Note: If you are using Internet Explorer 7, you may receive
a similar message informing
you that a 3rd-party certificate issuer did NOT sign the certificate.
The certificate was generated by Moravian's own Web server, not
a paid-for service, and the site is encrypted.
Error message: Authorization required.
This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the
document requested. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (e.g.
bad password), or your browser doesn't understand how to supply
the credentials required. You may want to contact the server administrator
here: netadm@moravian.edu.
Reason: You entered the Web site authentication
username and/or password incorrectly. Reread your personalized
letter introducing you to Homelink and containing the Web site's
username and password. This document was mailed to your permanent
address on file. Try entering the Web site authentication username
and password again. Do not enter your personalized username
and password here.
