(followed by triple jump)
Shot Put: 10:30 a.m. (men-women)
Javelin: 10:00 a.m. (men-women)
High Jump: 12:00 p.m. (women-men)
Discus: 12:00 p.m. (women-men)

Track Events:
3,000-meter Steeplechase: 11:15 a.m. (women-men)
4 x 100-meter Relay: 11:45 a.m. (women-men)
1,500-meter Run: 12:00 p.m. (women-men)
100-meter Hurdles: 12:40 p.m. (women)
110-meter High Hurdles: 1:00 p.m. (men)
400-meter Dash: 1:20 p.m. (women-men to follows ceremony)
Brett Ziegler Memorial Ceremony: 1:30 p.m.
100-meter Dash: 1:40 p.m. (women-men)
800-meter Run: 1:55 p.m. (women-men)
400-meter Intermediate Hurdles: 2:20 p.m. (women-men)
200-meter Dash: 2:40 p.m. (women-men)
5,000-meter Run: 3:05 p.m. (women-men)
4 x 400-meter Relay: 4:00 p.m. (women-men)

When possible, slower heats may be combined in the distance events at the discretion of the clerk

Entry Fees
$200 per team ($400 maximum for both women’s and men’s teams).  $20 per athlete for teams under 10.  Please make checks payable to:  MORAVIAN COLLEGE TRACK AND FIELD.  You can submit your checks Saturday at the packet pick up table which will be located on the infield. 
Notes 
1. Registration will be through www.directathletics.com. Entry period will start March 27th and end April 16th at noon.
2. Heat sheets will be posted on our track and field website located at www.moravian.edu/athletics/index.htm onThursday by 5:00 p.m. 
3. Email corrections, not additions, send to coachwalt@moravian.edu after the deadline.
4. Please, no additions can be made the day of the meet. 
5. There will be no team scoring
6. Running event heats will be from fastest to slowest
7. Weigh-ins will be conducted under the front of the stadium like last year.
8. Ideally, we’d like to eliminate one heat of the women’s and men’s 800m, 1500m.  Please take this into consideration as you are making your entries to help us achieve this goal. 
9. Javelin runway is a 100’+ mondo surface
10. We will be awarding an outstanding female and male thrower award in memory of Coach Pollard.  Like Coach would
    plan himself, the awards will be quite “over-the-top.”
11. We will have the major concessions this year, however, the few small vendors will not be returning.
12. Our trainers will have a tent set up.  Water will be available in the infield. 
 
Timing will be done by Tumey Timing and FinishLynx Systems
Officials will be from East Penn Officials group, same as last year.  Wind gauges will be used as per NCAA rules.
Results will be, repeat, will be available for coaches following the conclusion of the meet.
