Saturday, April 10, 2010:

Field Events:
Pole Vault: 9:30 a.m. (men-women)
Long Jump: 9:30 a.m. (women-men) - both pits
(15 minute break then followed by triple jump)
Javelin: 9:30 a.m. (men-women)
High Jump: 10:30 a.m. (women-men)
Discus: 10:00 a.m. (women-men)

Track Events:
5,000-meter Run: 8:45 a.m. (women-men)
4 x 100-meter Relay: 9:50 a.m. (women-men)
1,500-meter Run: 10:05 a.m. (women-men)
100-meter Hurdles: 10:45 a.m. (women)
110-meter High Hurdles: 11:05 a.m. (men)
400-meter Dash: 11:25 a.m. (women-men)
100-meter Dash: 11:45 a.m. (women-men)
800-meter Run: 11:55 a.m. (women-men)
400-meter Intermediate Hurdles: 12:45 p.m. (women-men)
200-meter Dash: 12:55 p.m. (women-men)
3,000-meter Steeplechase: 1:15 p.m. (women-men)
4 x 400-meter Relay: 1:45 p.m. (women-men)

When possible, slower heats may be combined in the distance events at the discretion of the clerk

Notes 
1. Heat sheets will be posted on our track and field website located at www.moravian.edu/athletics/index.htm onThursday by 9:00 p.m. 
2. Email corrections, not additions, send to coachwalt@moravian.edu after the deadline.
3. Please, no additions can be made the day of the meet. 
4. There will be no team scoring
5. Running event heats will be from fastest to slowest
6. Weigh-ins will be conducted under the front of the stadium like last year. Follow the "Weigh-in" signs. We will start weigh-ins at 8 a.m.
7. We would like to run only one heat of the 5000m for each gender.  In order to help us achieve this goal, please take this into consideration as you make your entries
8. Javelin runway is a 100’+ mondo surface
9. We will be awarding the Doug Pollard outstanding female and male thrower award in memory of Coach Pollard at the conclusion of the final throwing event. 
10. We will have full concessions.  Water and sports drinks will be sold.
11. Our trainers will have a tent set up but without modalities(stim,ultrasound).  Water will be available in the infield. 
12. Restrooms will be available under the stands as well as along the backstretch.  The gym under the grandstands will be open so athletes can go inside if they choose. 
13. We will not move more than 20 minutes ahead of schedule.
14. Bring a team tent if you choose.
15. 1/4 inch pyramid or christmas tree style spikes only.  No pins, needles or 3/8 especially on the javelin runway.  Officials will be checking. 
               
FinishLynx automatic timing, Hy-Tek results
Officials will be from East Penn Officials group, same as last year. 
Wind gauges will be used as per NCAA rules.
Results will be available for coaches following the conclusion of the meet.
