The 2006 Moravian College volleyball squad posted a successful 16-14 overall record, finished in the Commonwealth Conference with a 5-2 mark in league play and reached the 2006 Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference Southern Championship Tournament under head coach Shelley Bauder, who finished her 14th season.

Senior outside hitter Kelly Bauer (Hellertown, PA/Notre Dame HS), who was named to the Commonwealth All-Conference First Team, led Moravian this fall with 389 kills, 291 digs, 34 service aces and 28 blocks, and she became the sixth player in school history with 1,000 career kills, finishing with 1,116 career kills. Junior middle hitter Jenna Wallace (Bethlehem, PA/Bethlehem Catholic HS), who was on the Commonwealth All-Conference Second Team, contributed 331 kills and a .274 hitting percentage to go with 70 blocks, 33 digs and 19 service aces.

Senior setter Valerie Korsak (Coplay, PA/Whitehall HS), who was on the Commonwealth All-Conference Second Team in 2006, led the Greyhounds with 1,124 assists to go along with 251 digs, 118 kills, 25 blocks and 26 service aces while sophomore setter/libero Stephanie Struble (Hampton, NJ/Voorhees HS) had team highs of 413 digs and 45 service aces to go along with 43 assists. Korsak completed her career with 2,595 assists.

Sophomore outside hitter Maria DeBonis (Nazareth, PA/Notre Dame HS) had 299 kills, 222 digs, 20 blocks and 30 service aces while junior outside hitter Rachel Radocha (Whitehall, PA/Whitehall HS) added 196 kills, 114 digs, 30 blocks and 17 service aces. Junior middle hitter Katherine Perkins (Lehighton, PA/Lehighton HS) contributed a team leading 74 blocks to go with 110 kills and 22 digs.

Senior defensive specialist Ashley Hugo (Bath, PA/Northampton HS) had 137 digs and 12 service aces while sophomore setter Elisa Molchany (North Catasauqua, PA/Catasauqua HS) contributed 14 assists, 52 digs and 11 service aces. Junior defensive specialist Elise Martin (Emmaus, PA/Emmaus HS) contributed 117 digs and 13 service aces while junior defensive specialist Christa Burke (Center Valley, PA/Southern Lehigh HS) had 49 digs and six service aces. Freshman middle hitter Alison Whitaker (Millis, MA/Millis HS) had eight kills, three digs and four blocks in limited action in her debut season.

Bauer, Korsak, Hugo, Martin, Radocha and DeBonis were named to the Middle Atlantic States Collegiate Athletic Corporation Fall Academic Honor Roll.
