2009 Lady Greyhound Basketball Camp at Moravian College, Bethlehem, PA

Day Camp: July 27th-July 31st, 2009
For Girls Ages 8-15

Overnight Camp: July 23rd-July 26th, 2009
For Girls Ages 13-17

DIRECTOR

Mary Beth Spirk is the head women's basketball coach at Moravian College. She is an experienced camp administrator and has coached basketball for over 20 years. Coach Spirk is also Assistant Athletic Director and Assistant Professor of Physical Education at Moravian College.

COACHING STAFF

A highly qualified staff of college and high school coaches will instruct, along with past and present Moravian College players. The Day Camp is structured for players of all levels of ability looking to improve individual and team skills. The Overnight Camp is structured for team competition and scrimmages.

FACILITIES

Breidegam Field House, along with Johnston Hall will be the site of the camp. The field house is a huge facility with four courts available for play. A newly renovated state of the art floor in Johnston Hall is an excellent site for instruction and play.

INSURANCE

Each camper is covered by an excess camp medical insurance policy for injury resulting from camp accidents. Medical care is available at all times.

The Lady Greyhound Basketball Camp is operated privately and independently by the directors and is not a part of the college program.

FREE T-SHIRT & BASKETBALL

All campers will receive a free t-shirt. Any camper whose balance is paid by May 1st will receive a free basketball.

CANTEEN

This is open daily for campers to purchase camp and school basketball items and snacks.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CLINIC

Provided by a premier exercise specialist, Jim Wills.

REGISTRATION

Register on-line at the web address below or complete the printed application and mail it along with your camp tuition payment in full. Make checks payable to Lady Greyhound Basketball Camp. Group, family and team rates are available upon request. Tuition is due with registration. Online registrants, please mail payment.

CANCELLATIONS

No refunds after June 15th. All refunds are subject to a $100.00 processing fee. If circumstances or injury make it impossible for attendance at our 2009 camp after receipt of deposit, we will apply deposit in full to your 2010 camp tuition.

CONFIRMATION OF ENROLLMENT

Prior to camp, you will receive confirmation by email. More information will be sent to you upon receipt of your application and payment. A health/insurance form must be completed, signed by a parent/guardian and mailed prior to participation. The form is available on our website.
