Management Trainee

Master all aspects of branch operations in order to assume a management position within the branch network. Performs all customer service activities as well as assists the Branch Management Team in the supervision of other Branch staff. The Management Trainee will perform these functions in conjunction with the Management Team’s goals and objectives.

Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (any major)


Accounting Specialist

Prepare and/or review reconcilements of demand and general ledger accounts scanning the entire balance sheet and income statement. Provide analysis and preparation of reports for reporting and budgeting process. Provide staff resource in all areas of financial analysis for Accounting and internal departments.

Education Requirements: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree (accounting major)


Financial Analyst

Prepare data and compile information for regulatory reporting. Provide analysis and preparation of reports for reporting and budgeting process. Provide staff resource in all areas of financial analysis for Accounting and internal departments. Review reconcilements for accuracy, aging, and compliance with the reconciliation procedure guidelines. Communicate with both external clients and internal departments regarding outstanding items, both verbally and through written correspondence.

Education Requirements: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree (finance, economics, or accounting major)


Fiduciary Assistant

Assists the Sr. Fiduciary Officer in day-to-day account administration: processes checks, troubleshoots customer inquiries, answers correspondence, and other functions as may be requested. Processes bi-weekly payments on 401K loans, performs miscellaneous department reconcilements, coordinates and implements one-time projects.

Education Requirements: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree (finance, economics, or accounting major – plus several years of experience)


Human Resources Assistant

Processes all data pertinent to the payroll, including supporting documentation, tax payments, audit trails and permanent employee records; Performs a variety of administrative and support tasks to the Human Resource Department.

Education Requirements: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree (any major – previous HR experience helpful)


Recruitment Specialist

Responsible for recruiting and selecting staff from both external and internal sources; provide assistance to hiring manager during the recruitment of staff. Develop and maintain relationships with external employment sources, such as high schools, colleges, employment agencies. Recruit applicants, screen resumes, run credit reports, check references and maintain application files of external applicants. Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, both external and internal, ensuring that only qualified candidates are referred for department-level second interviews.

Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (any major)


Credit Analyst

The Credit Analyst spreads and analyzes credit and financial information on existing and prospective loan customers.

Education Requirements: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree (finance, economics, accounting, or related major – plus good computer skills)


Lending Outreach Assistant

To provide assistance to the Lending Outreach Coordinator. Counsel customers and accept mortgage applications for the in-house and community lending programs. Coordinate appointments with housing organizations involved with lending program applicants. Coordinate outreach closings and attend closings as needed

Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (business related major)


Help Desk Analyst

The Help Desk Analyst will provide first line technical support to clients, requiring an aptitude for working with applications/systems to undertake analysis, diagnosis and resolution of client problems, which may range from very straightforward problems through to more complicated issues. Help Desk Analyst are required to respond to a large volume of calls and within a short talk time while also providing a high degree of client satisfaction. When at branch locations, the work may involve exposure to electric wires and outlets and safety procedures must be strictly followed.

Education Requirements: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree (computer related major)


Training Specialist

Responsible for administering the teller training program and a variety of other programs as needed; aid in the design and development of staff development programs; provide administrative support to the training department. Design, develop, and implement management development programs as required using in-house resources or outside personnel as required. Maintain records on the training programs attended by staff members, to include the progress and performance of those involved. Administer programs either by personally conducting training sessions or by assigning specific training to other Bank staff members

Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (any major – plus some HR, training or education experience)


Marketing Specialist

Assists in the coordination of marketing activities in product management, market research, advertising, promotions, sales & communication. Conduct research in order to analyze current and potential products and services of the Bank. Collect, evaluate and analyze data on customers, prospects, competitors and general market conditions. Analyze and determine the effectiveness of promotions and advertising campaigns. Keep informed of significant research involving the industry and competition. Monitor customer satisfaction through surveys (telephone, online, mailed, etc.).

Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (marketing, psychology or business related major)
