Participants will have rooms in the air-conditioned Jo Smith dormitory, centrally located on Moravian’s campus. In each room there is furniture for two people—bed, desk and wardrobe. Each participant will have his or her own room. Rooms will be available from Sunday afternoon through Thursday afternoon. There are handicapped accessible rooms available.

Linens and towels will be provided. Shared bathrooms and kitchenette and lounge areas are available on each floor. Participants may want to bring a reading light or clock.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided on campus, except for Tuesday evening when we will dine together in a local restaurant.

Each dormitory room is equipped with internet connections. In addition, campus computers will be available during the day and evening hours in classroom buildings and the college library. Our workshop sessions will be held in a computer classroom in the Priscilla Payne Hurd Academic Complex (PPHAC). Wireless connection is available in PPHAC.
