Why did you choose to come to Moravian College?

I chose to come to Moravian because it is small and offers more individual time with professors and coaches.

What is your major (minor if applicable) at Moravian and how did you decide on it?

I am majoring in Psychology and getting certified in Elementary Education.

What has been your favorite course at Moravian and why?

My favorite course was Science in the Elementary Classroom because I was given the opportunity to learn how to get students actively engaged in Science, and I was actively engaged during the course as well.

What are your plans for the future once you finish your degree at Moravian?

I plan on pursuing a teaching job locally and eventually helping coach cheerleading.

What is your most memorable moment as a Greyhound?

I love getting the chance to perform difficult stunts in front of the crowd. When we performed during half time of a basketball game the crowd was able to get an idea of all of the stunts the squad was capable of, and it was a great feeling for all of the hard work to pay off.

How has being an athlete helped you as a student?

Being an athlete has given me an opportunity to meet more Moravian students and form a bond with them. Forming these bonds has given me more connections for my courses as well, because I know I can always go to my team for help.

What advice do you have for a prospective Moravian College student-athlete?

Don't give up doing something you love. College may be the last years of your life where you can still enjoy athletics and participate in them. It's a great experience that I think everyone should get an opportunity to have.
