Moravian finished 27th of 41 schools at the 2007 NCAA Division III Mideast Regional hosted by Muhlenberg College and run on the cross country course at the Goodman Campus of Lehigh University in Bethlehem. The Greyhounds had a team score of 752 while Haverford College won the meet with 45 points. Freshman Connor Skutches paced Moravian with a 65th place finish of 282 competitors in a time of 26:38 on the 8,000-meter course. Senior Timothy Pagano was 134th in 27:45 while sophomore Steve Parisi took 169th place in a time of 28:19. Sophomore Steve DeFazio completed the course in a time of 28:30 to place 179th while freshman Jesse Miller was 210th overall in a time of 29:14. Senior Tariq Khizer posted a time of 30:33 for a 251st place finish.

The Greyhounds placed seventh of eight teams at the inaugural Landmark Conference Cross Country Championships hosted by Goucher College. Moravian had a team score of 140 points while Susquehanna University claimed the first-ever Landmark Conference title with 52 points, just one point ahead of runner-up Juniata College. Junior Jeremiah Reinhart earned First Team Landmark All-Conference honors with a sixth place finish of 69 runners on the 8,000-meter course in a time of 28:35. Freshman Conner Skutches was named to the Landmark All-Conference Second Team with a 12th place finish in 28:59 while sophomore Steve Parisi was 44th in 31:24. Sophomore Steve DeFazio was 45th overall in a time of 31:26 while freshman Jesse Miller rounded out Moravian's top five with a 48th place finish in 31:50. Also competing for the Greyhounds were senior Khizer Tariq, who was 53rd in 32:17, sophomore Tim Betz, who took 54th place in a time of 32:18, senior Timothy Pagano, who finished 56th in 32:27, and sophomore Kevin Yarzab, who placed 64th with a time of 34:22.

Moravian was sixth of 20 schools at the DeSales University Invitational in the Greyhounds' final tune-up before the Landmark Conference Championship meet in two weeks. Moravian had a team score of 175 points while The College of New Jersey won the meet with 71 points. Junior Jeremiah Reinhart paced the Greyhounds on the 8,000-meter course with a time of 27:29.34, which placed him 14th of 184 runners. Freshman Connor Skutches finished 23rd in a time of 28:05.04 while senior Timothy Pagano was 40th in 28:38.55. Rounding out the top runners for Moravian were sophomore Steve Parisi in 50th place in a time of 29:08.54, sophomore Steven DeFazio at 58th in 29:23.04 and freshman Joseph Reynolds in 61st place with a time of 29:30.84. Also competing for the Greyhounds were sophomore Timothy Betz, who was 82nd in 30:25.10, freshman Jesse Miller, who placed 89th in a time of 30:44.44, junior Jacob Tazik, who finished 97th in 31:06.85, junior John McCullough, who was 124th in a time of 32:23.52, and sophomore Kevin Yarzab, who placed 133rd in 33:10.15.

The Greyhounds placed fifth of ten schools at the Mid-Atlantic Cross Country Classic hosted by Goucher College with a team score of 139 points. Rowan University won the race with a score of 27 points. Freshman Connor Skutches paced Moravian individually, placing sixth of 87 runners on the 8,000-meter course in a time of 28:57.94. Junior Jeremiah Reinhart was 11th individually in 29:12.42 while sophomore Steven DeFazio took 40th place in 30:57.87. Sophomore Steve Parisi was 43rd in the race for the Greyhounds in a time of 31:08.18 while freshman Joseph Reynolds was 47th at 31:18.20. Also competing for Moravian were senior Tim Pagano, who placed 52nd in a time of 31:33.49, senior Khizer Tariq, who was 53rd at 31:43.90, freshman Jesse Miller, who finished 56th in 31:54.28, junior Jacob Tazik, who placed 71st in a time of 33:11.55, junior John McCullough, who was 75th in 33:46.83, sophomore Tim Betz, who finished 82nd in 36:12.19, and sophomore Kevin Yarzab, who placed 84th in a time of 37:46.21.

Moravian finished 23rd of 39 schools in the white division at the 34th Annual Brooks Paul Short Run hosted by Lehigh University. The Greyhounds had 592 points in the race while Dickinson College won the white invitational with 119 points. The meet, which draws the top teams from around the country, features a brown division, a white division and a junior varsity race since teams can only enter seven runners in the two scored divisions. Junior Jeremiah Reinhart paced Moravian with a time of 27:03 on the 8,000-meter course to place 38th of the 270 runners in the white division. Freshman Connor Skutches was 99th overall in a time of 27:59 while senior Timothy Pagano placed 104th in 28:04. Sophomore Steve Parisi took 167th place in 28:55 while sophomore Steven DeFazio finished 186th in a time of 29:21. Also competing in the white division for the Greyhounds were sophomore Timothy Betz, who was 223rd in 30:24, and senior Khizer Tariq, who placed 247th in a time of 31:49. Moravian also had four competitors in the junior varsity 8,000-meter race let by freshman Jesse Miller, who placed 345th of 443 runners in a time of 30:27. Freshman Joseph Reynolds took 358th in 30:43 while junior Jacob Tazik was 392nd in 31:49 and junior John McCullough took 395th in a time of 32:11.

Junior Jeremiah Reinhart led Moravian with a fourth place finish of 69 runners in a time of 28:19 on the five mile course. Freshman Connor Skutches was seventh in 28:36 while senior Timothy Pagano finished 21st in a time of 29:42. Rounding out the top five for the Greyhounds were sophomore Steven DeFazio in 26th place in a time of 30:07 and sophomore Steve Parisi in 32nd place at 30:16. Also competing for Moravian were senior Khizer Tariq, who was 41st in 31:17, sophomore Tim Betz, who finished 43rd in a time of 31:34, freshman Jesse Miller, who placed 50th in 32:13, junior John McCullough, who was 55th in a time of 32:52, freshman Joseph Reynolds, who finished 58th in 33:21, sophomore Kevin Yarzab, who placed 64th in a time of 34:50, and freshman Brian McCloskey, who was 65th in 35:10.

The Moravian men's cross country team began the 2007 season with a
sixth place finish at the 2007 Lehigh Valley Championships hosted on
the Goodman Campus of Lehigh University. The Greyhounds had a team score
of 146 points while the host Mountain Hawks won the meet with a score
of 28 points. Freshman Connor Skutches led Moravian with a time of 28:26.5
on the 8,000-meter course that placed him 27th of 63 runners in the
race. Junior Jeremiah Rinehart finished 32nd with a time of 28:48.0
while senior Timothy Pagano was 38th in 29:28.9. Sophomore Steve Parisi
ran a time of 30:11.3 to claim 44th place while sophomore Steve DeFazio
was one spot back in 30:12.4. Freshman Jesse Miller posted a time of
31:15.1 in his first collegiate race to finish in 53rd place while senior
Khizer Tariq ran 32:51.2 to place 56th. Rounding out the Moravian runners
were junior Jacob Tazik in 58th place in a time of 32:56.4, freshman
Joseph Reynolds at 62nd in 33:54.6 and sophomore Kevin Yarzab in
63rd place with a time of 38:36.6.
