BETHLEHEM, PA --- With its three dual meet wins at West Chester University last Saturday, the Moravian College women's cross country team remained eighth in the nation in this week's NCAA Division III national poll.

The Greyhounds have won five of the six meets they have run in this season and placed second in the other race.  Moravian is also 3-0 in dual meets.

Junior Emily Shertzer (Hummelstown/Lower Dauphin HS) has captured first place in three of six meets this season.  Shertzer has been followed by junior Kim Jaick (Coopersburg/Southern Lehigh HS), junior Heidi Wolfsberger (Moosic/Riverside HS), who won the Allentown Invitational and all three dual meets, junior Erin Boyle (Philadelphia/ Nazareth Academy) and senior Hannah Wood (Palm/Upper Perkiomen HS).  All five of Moravian's top runners have finished in the top 40 of each race this fall.

The Greyhounds will try to win its eighth straight Middle Atlantic Conference Championship on Saturday, October 28th in the MAC Championships at Allentown College.
