WOLFSBERGER NAMED ECAC RUNNER OF THE WEEK

CENTERVILLE, MA --- Senior Heidi Wolfsberger (Moosic, PA/Riverside HS) of the Moravian College women's cross country team has been named the Eastern College Athletic Conference NCAA Division Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week for her performance last week.

Wolfsberger led the No. 1-ranked Greyhounds to their fifth invitational win of the season.  Moravian won the DeSales University Invitational, as the

Wolfsberger captured the individual title, with a time of 18:09.06.  Wolfsberger has won three individual titles in six races this season.

Moravian, which has been ranked first in the nation the last five weeks, is off this weekend in preparation for the upcoming 2001 Middle Atlantic Conference Championships were the Greyhounds will try to win their ninth consecutive MAC title.
