MORAVIAN NAMES OLESKA CHEERLEADING COACH

BETHLEHEM, PA --- The Moravian College Department of Athletics & Recreation has named Erin Oleska as its new head cheerleading coach.

<"We are very pleased to have Erin joining the staff," stated Paul Moyer, Moravian's director of athletics & recreation.  "She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the college and she has the enthusiasm to lead are cheerleading squad."

Oleska<, who is a 2001 graduate of DeSales University, has been the head cheerleading coach at Southern Lehigh High School for the last three years and she has been coaching cheerleading since 1997.  Oleska also works as an English Teacher at Shawnee Intermediate School in Easton, having just completed her first year, and she has been an instructor at Pam's Dance Academy in Allentown since 1995.

Moravian's cheerleading squad usually consists of 15 to 20 members and participates in all ten of the Greyhounds' football games each season as well as all home men's and women's basketball contests.  Moravian is also looking to develop a competition squad.
