MORAVIAN VOLLEYBALL RANKED FOURTH IN REGION
INDIANAPOLIS, IN --- The Moravian College women’s volleyball team is currently
ranked fourth in the Mid-Atlantic Region in the most recent 2002 NCAA Division III Regional
Rankings.
The Greyhounds, who are 10-3 on the season, are behind Eastern University, Franklin & Marshall
College and Juniata College. Two of Moravian’s three losses this fall are to Eastern
and the Greyhounds are the only NCAA Division III team to defeat Franklin & Marshall
this season. The Hounds also have a victory over seventh-ranked York (PA) College.
Moravian will return to action on Friday, September 27th when they host King’s
College, which is 19-0 on the year and ranked fifth in the region, in a non-conference
match at 7:00 p.m.
