ZIPF, GREYHOUNDS RANKED IN NCAA VOLLEYBALL STATISTICS

INDIANAPOLIS, IN --- The Moravian College women’s volleyball team is ranked in two categories and junior outside hitter Kim Zipf (Wyomissing, PA/Wilson West Lawn HS) is ranked individually in the fourth release of the 2002 NCAA Division III volleyball statistics.

The Greyhounds, who are currently 18-7 on the season, are 23rd in the nation in hitting percentage at .264 and the squad is 27th in kills per game with an average of 14.67.

Zipf is 30th in the country in kills per game with an average of 4.47.

The Greyhounds will return to action on Wednesday, October 23rd in a Commonwealth Conference match at Susquehanna University beginning at 7:00 p.m. Moravian can clinch its seventh straight postseason appearance with a victory at Susquehanna.
