CORDANI RANKED IN NCAA WOMEN’S LACROSSE STATS
INDIANAPOLIS, IN --- Freshman midfielder Jess Cordani (Point Pleasant, NJ/Point
Pleasant Boro HS) is ranked fifth in the nation in caused turnovers in the first
NCAA Division III Women’s Lacrosse statistical rankings of the year released Tuesday.
The rankings are for matches played by March 30th.
Cordani is averaging 3.17 caused turnovers per match and she had 19
caused turnovers in Moravian’s first six matches of the season. Cordani has
also added four goals for the Greyhounds this season, and she now has 21 caused turnovers
in seven matches.
The Greyhounds are in their first season as a varsity program and have an overall record
of 0-7. Moravian will return to action on Tuesday, April 8th in a Middle Atlantic Conference
match at Widener University beginning at 4:00 p.m.
