MORAVIAN WOMEN’S SOCCER RANKED 8TH IN MID-ATLANTIC REGION

INDIANAPOLIS, IN --- The Moravian College women’s soccer team has been ranked eighth
in the Mid-Atlantic Region in the first NCAA Division III Women’s Soccer Regional
Poll released Wednesday.
The rankings are based on in-region records through October 13th. The University of Scranton
holds down the top in the Mid-Atlantic region, followed by The College of New Jersey, Richard
Stockton College of New Jersey, Messiah College, Gettysburg College, Muhlenberg College,
Eastern University, Moravian and Lebanon Valley College.
The Greyhounds, who had a regional record of 6-1-1, are 7-1-2 overall and will play ninth
ranked Lebanon Valley College this afternoon at 4:00 p.m. in Annville. Moravian is scheduled
to play Scranton on October 21st and Muhlenberg on October 27th. Both of those matches
are slated for 3:30 p.m. starts in Bethlehem.
