MORAVIAN COLLEGE WOMEN’S LACROSSE TEAM AND SOPHOMORE JESS
CORDANI RANKED IN NCAA STATS
INDIANAPOLIS, IN --- Sophomore midfielder Jess Cordani (Point Pleasant, NJ/Point
Pleasant Boro HS) of the Moravian College women’s lacrosse team is ranked
among the nation’s leaders as are the Greyhounds as a team in the third NCAA Division
III statistics ranking of the season released Wednesday.
Cordani is third in the nation in caused turnovers with an average of
4.4 caused turnovers per match.
Moravian, which has an overall record of 1-5 in its second season as an NCAA program,
is 19th in the nation in caused turnovers with an average of 13.40 caused turnovers each
match.
Moravian is scheduled to return to action on Saturday, April 3rd in a Middle Atlantic
Conference match versus King’s College on the Moravian Quad beginning at 1:00 p.m.
