MORAVIAN SOPHOMORE JESS CORDANI RANKED IN NCAA WOMEN’S LACROSSE
STATS
INDIANAPOLIS, IN --- Sophomore midfielder Jess Cordani (Point Pleasant, NJ/Point
Pleasant Boro HS) of the Moravian College women’s lacrosse team is tied
for first in the country in caused turnovers in the fourth NCAA Division III statistics
ranking of the season released Wednesday.
Cordani is tied with Cailtin Wells of Kenyon College for first in caused
turnovers with an average of 4.14 caused turnovers per match.
Moravian, which has an overall record of 1-7 in its second season as an NCAA program,
is scheduled to return to action on Friday, April 9th in a Middle Atlantic Conference match
versus Lycoming College on the Moravian Quad beginning at 1:00 p.m.
