MORAVIAN SOPHOMORE JESS CORDANI RANKED IN NCAA WOMEN’S LACROSSE STATS

INDIANAPOLIS, IN --- Sophomore midfielder Jess Cordani (Point Pleasant, NJ/Point Pleasant Boro HS) of the Moravian College women’s lacrosse team is first in the country in caused turnovers in the fifth NCAA Division III statistics ranking of the season released Wednesday.

Cordani is first in caused turnovers with an average of 4.44 caused turnovers per match. The Greyhounds are ranked 11th as a team in caused turnovers with an average of 14.56 per contest.

Moravian, which has an overall record of 2-8 in its second season as an NCAA program, is scheduled to return to action on Saturday, April 17th in a Middle Atlantic Conference match versus Messiah College on the Moravian Quad beginning at 1:00 p.m.
