MORAVIAN JUNIOR STEVE TOMASZEWSKI RANKED IN NCAA
BASEBALL STATISTICS

INDIANAPOLIS, IN --- Junior pitcher Steve Tomaszewski (Bethlehem, PA/Bethlehem Catholic HS) of the Moravian College baseball team is ranked among the nation’s leaders in the fourth NCAA Division III statistics ranking of the season released Wednesday.

Tomaszewski is 24th in the nation in earned run average with a 1.60 ERA so far this season among Division III student-athletes for games played through May 2nd.

Moravian has an overall record of 13-20, and the Greyhounds are scheduled to return to action on Wednesday, May 5th in the first round of the 2004 Commonwealth Conference Tournament. The Greyhounds are the third seed and will be traveling to second-seeded Juniata College for a 2:30 p.m. game. The double-elimination tournament will continue at Owls Field in Reading, Pennsylvania on Friday, May 7th and Saturday, May 8th.
