MID-ATLANTIC REGION POLL

MISSION, KS --- The Moravian College women’s soccer team moved up one spot to seventh in the latest National Soccer Coaches Association of America Mid-Atlantic Regional poll released Wednesday afternoon.

The Greyhounds, who are 15-5-1 on the season, were eighth in the region last week after being ranked fifth the prior week. Rounding out the top ten after Moravian are the University of Mary Washington (12-4-1), Haverford College (14-4-1) and Wilkes University (15-3-1).
The Greyhounds defeated Mary Washington, 2-0 on September 11th and lost to Haverford College, 1-0 on October 5th, Wilkes University, 1-0 on September 17th, and Messiah College, 3-1 on October 15th, and 4-0 in the Commonwealth Conference Championship match on November 5th.
