“Take A Kid to the Game”
MORAVIAN COLLEGE INVITES YOU TO ATTEND THEIR “TAKE A KID TO THE GAME” PROGRAM PRESENTED TO BETHLEHEM

Take advantage of the women’s basketball game on February 2, 2006

BETHLEHEM, PA – Come out to the Moravian College women’s basketball game on February 2, against Muhlenberg College at 7:00 p.m. where all area youth to attend its upcoming game. Kids will have an opportunity to experience the college game-day atmosphere when Moravian College hosts NCAA® Basketball’s 11th Anniversary Take A Kid to the Game® (TAKG) day celebration, February 2, 2006. Youth, ages 13 and younger, will receive a free ticket with the purchase of a full-priced adult ticket, to watch the Greyhounds take on the Mules at Johnston Hall. Special giveaways and on-court promotions will be geared to our younger fans.

Moravian College is hosting one of more than 700 games that will be played across the nation this season as part of the Take A Kid to the Game program. The program is a grass roots initiative that attracts the nation’s youth and encourages adults to take kids to area college basketball games.

“We are please to extend the invitation to the community as we invite adults to bring children to experience a collegiate athletic event,” said Mary Beth Spirk, Head Women’s Basketball Coach at Moravian College. “It is our hope that there will be a record turn out as more and more children are able to take advantage of this truly memorable experience and worth-while program. The Greyhounds are excited about the intense basketball action that you will have a chance to be apart of.”
