MORAVIAN’S NATHANIEL TUSSEY NAMED AS LANDMARK CONFERENCE MEN’S TRACK ATHLETE OF THE WEEK

MADISON, NJ --- Senior hurdler Nathaniel Tussey (Perkiomenville, PA/Boyertown Area HS) of the Moravian College men’s outdoor track & field team has been named the inaugural Landmark Conference Men’s Track Athlete of the Week for his performance last weekend in.

Tussey helped Moravian to a second place finish at the Lafayette College ESU 5-Way Meet.  Tussey won the 400-meter hurdles in an NCAA Division III provisional qualifying time of 54.32 seconds. Tussey also provisionally qualified in the 110-meter high hurdles, in 14.73 seconds, finishing as the runner-up in the race.  Tussey also ran on Moravian's 4x400-meter relay squad, which was second in a time of 3:32.30.

Moravian is scheduled to return to action on Saturday, April 5th at the Muhlenberg College Invitational.
