SENIOR ERICA SPATZ & SOPHOMORE COURTNEY ROSENBERG RANKED IN NCAA DIVISION III
WOMEN’S LACROSSE STATISTICS

INDIANAPOLIS, IN --- Senior midfielder Erica Spatz (Pennsauken, NJ/Pennsauken HS) and sophomore goalie Courtney Rosenberg (Cape May, NJ/Lower Cape May Regional HS) of the Moravian College women’s lacrosse team are ranked in the sixth NCAA Division III statistics release of the 2008 season including games through April 20th.

Spatz, pictured at right, is tied for 14th in the nation with 4.14 goals per game.  She has contributed 58 goals in 14 matches this season for the Greyhounds. Spatz is also tied for 27th in the nation for points per game, with 5.21, tied for 18th for total point with 73, and finally Spatz is ranked 29th in the nation for draw controls with 3.79 per game.

Rosenberg, pictured at left, is tied for third in the nation in saves with 175 saves and 28th for save per game with an averaged of 12.0 saves per contest this season. Rosenberg, who is in her first season with the Greyhounds and has started all 14 matches for the team, has made 175 saves in 14 contests.

The Greyhounds, who are 9-6 overall and 0-4 in Landmark Conference action this season, are tied for 30th in draw controls with 14.33 per game.

Moravian is scheduled to return to action on Saturday, April 26th in a Landmark Conference match at Susquehanna University beginning at 12:00 p.m.
