MORAVIAN MEN’S LACROSSE SQUAD RANKED IN NCAA DIVISION III STATISTICS

INDIANAPOLIS, IN --- The Moravian College men’s lacrosse and the Greyhound team is ranked in the third NCAA Division III statistics release of the 2009 season including games through March 29th.

The Greyhounds are 39th in the nation in saves per game at 13.5 with 135 saves in ten matches, and the team is 49th in man-down defense at 76.8 percent, allowing just 13 goals in 56 man-down opportunities.

Moravian, which is 4-6 on the season, is scheduled to return to action on Saturday, April 4th in a Landmark Conference match versus The United States Merchant Marine Academy at Rocco Calvo Field beginning at 2:00 p.m.
