MORAVIAN’S LANGSTON ROSS RANKED IN NCAA DIVISION III STATISTICS

INDIANAPOLIS, IN --- Freshman running back Langston Ross (Bethlehem, PA/Liberty HS) of the Moravian College football team is ranked in the third NCAA Division III statistical rankings of 2009 through games of September 20th, and the Greyhounds are ranked in the top 50 in one team categories.

Ross is 16th in the country in kickoff returns, averaging 30.50 yards per return.  Ross has returned four kickoffs for 122 yards this season with a long return of 52 yards versus McDaniel College.

Moravian is 43rd in the nation in kickoff returns with an average of 23.80 yards per return on 15 kickoff returns this season.

The Greyhounds will return to action on Saturday, September 26th in a Centennial Conference game at Johns Hopkins University.  Kickoff is slated for 2:00 p.m. at Homewood Field in Baltimore, Maryland.
