MORAVIAN’S ARIELLE CALDAS RANKED IN NCAA WOMEN’S SOCCER STATISTICS

INDIANAPOLIS, IN --- Moravian College sophomore forward Arielle Caldas (Cherry Hills, NJ/Cherry Hills West HS) is ranked in the fourth NCAA Division III women’s soccer statistics release of the 2009 season.

Caldas is tied for 27th in the nation in goals per game with an average of 1.11, and she is 33rd in points per contest at 2.44.  Caldas, who netted a pair of hat tricks two weeks ago, has ten goals and two assists for 22 points in nine matches this season.

The Greyhounds, who are 6-4-1 on the season, will return to action on Wednesday, October 7th in a non-conference match versus rival Muhlenberg College beginning at 4:00 p.m. on the HUB Quad.
