MORAVIAN’S BURLEY NAMED TO CENTENNIAL CONFERENCE WEEKLY HONOR ROLL

LANCASTER, PA --- Junior defensive back Daniel Burley (Easton, PA/Easton HS) of the Moravian College football team have been named to the Centennial Conference Weekly Honor Roll for his performance in the Greyhounds’ 29-13 loss to Franklin & Marshall College Saturday afternoon.

Burley led the Greyhounds’ defense with nine tackles, one and a half tackles for loss and three pass break-ups as Moravian kept the Diplomats, ranked second in the Centennial Conference, 92 yards below their season offense average.

The Greyhounds will return to action on Saturday, October 24th in a Centennial Conference game versus Juniata College kicking off at 1:05 p.m. at Rocco Calvo Field.  The game will be Moravian’s annual Homecoming and Family Day contest, and it is also the Greyhounds’ final home game of the season.
