MORAVIAN’S ARIELLE CALDAS RANKED IN NCAA WOMEN’S SOCCER STATISTICS

INDIANAPOLIS, IN --- Moravian College sophomore forward Arielle Caldas (Cherry Hills, NJ/Cherry Hills West HS) is ranked in the ninth NCAA Division III women’s soccer statistics release of the 2009 season.

Caldas is 68th in the nation in points per game with an average of 1.92, and she 58th in goals per contest at 0.846.  Caldas, who netted a pair of hat tricks earlier this fall, has 11 goals and three assists for 25 points in 13 matches this season.

The Greyhounds, who are 8-7-2 on the season, are scheduled to return to action on Wednesday, November 11th in a match at Stevenson University in the 2009 ECAC Division III South Championship Tournament Quarterfinals.
