MORAVIAN’S JAMI FEIN NAMED LANDMARK CONFERENCE WOMEN’S TENNIS PLAYER OF THE WEEK

MADISON, NJ --- Sophomore Jami Fein (Blue Bell, PA/Wissahickon HS) of the Moravian College women’s tennis team has been named the Landmark Conference Women’s Tennis Player of the Week for her performance last week.

Fein had a 3-1 combined week as Moravian split a pair of matches including an 8-1 win at The Catholic University of America to begin the 2010 Landmark Conference season.  Fein and partner junior Kerry McKinley (Sparta, NJ/Pope John XXIII HS) were 1-1 at first doubles while Fein had a pair of straight sets wins in singles action.  Fein is now 12-3 in singles action this season with a 7-2 mark in dual matches, and Fein and McKinley are 5-3 in doubles contests.

The Greyhounds, who are 6-3 overall and 1-0 in Landmark Conference action, are scheduled to return to the courts on Saturday, March 27th in a Landmark Conference match at Juniata College beginning at 12:00 p.m.
