TWO GREYHOUNDS RANKED IN NCAA DIVISION III WOMEN’S LACROSSE STATISTICS

INDIANAPOLIS, IN --- Two members of the Moravian College women’s lacrosse team are ranked in the fourth NCAA Division III statistics release of the 2010 season including games through March 28th.

Senior goalie Courtney Rosenberg (Cape May, NJ/Lower Cape May Regional HS) is tied for 19th in the nation in saves per game at 12.0, and Rosenberg, pictured at right, is tied for 27th in saves with 73 and 70th in save percentage at .474.  She had posted 73 saves in the first six matches this season.

Senior midfielder Katie Wise (Ardsley, PA/Abington HS), pictured at left, is tied for 52nd in the nation in ground balls per game with an average of 4.0 this spring.

The Greyhounds, who are 2-5 on the season, are scheduled to return to action on Thursday, April 8th in a non-conference match at Wilkes University beginning at 4:00 p.m.
