TWO GREYHOUNDS RANKED IN NCAA DIVISION III WOMEN’S LACROSSE STATISTICS

INDIANAPOLIS, IN --- Two members of the Moravian College women’s lacrosse team are ranked in the fifth NCAA Division III statistics release of the 2010 season including games through April 4th.

Senior goalie Courtney Rosenberg (Cape May, NJ/Lower Cape May Regional HS) is 11th in the nation in saves per game at 13.0, and Rosenberg, pictured at right, iis tied for 23rd in saves with 89 and 68th in save percentage at .468.  She had posted 89 saves in the first seven matches this season.

Senior midfielder Katie Wise (Ardsley, PA/Abington HS), pictured at left, is tied for 85th in the nation in ground balls per game with an average of 3.57 this spring.

The Greyhounds, who are 2-5 on the season, are scheduled to return to action on Thursday, April 8th in a non-conference match at Wilkes University beginning at 4:00 p.m.
