MORAVIAN WOMEN’S TENNIS TEAM; SOPHOMORE JAMI FEIN LISTED IN LASTEST ITA ATLANTIC SOUTH RANKINGS

SKILLMAN, NJ --- The Moravian College women’s tennis team has moved up from 18th to 14th in the latest Intercollegiate Tennis Association Division III Atlantic South rankings released this week while sophomore Jami Fein (Blue Bell, PA/Wissahickon HS) is among the region’s top singles players.

The ITA regional rankings are released every two weeks while a national poll is done weekly.

The Greyhounds have defeated #15 Wilkes University, 5-4, while falling to #13 Muhlenberg College, 5-3, #18 Washington (MD) College, 7-2, and #19 Franklin & Marshall College, 5-4.  Moravian was scheduled to play #16 Dickinson College this past week but the match was cancelled and will not be rescheduled this year.

Fein is ranked 21st in singles action in the Atlantic South region.  She has posted a 15-3 overall singles record this season with a 10-2 dual match mark including an 8-2 spot at first singles.  Fein is 35-5 in her singles career at Moravian with a 25-4 dual match record and a 22-4 at first singles.
