MORAVIAN’S CADEE ROCKWELL HONORED AS LANDMARK CONFERENCE
WOMEN’S CROSS COUNTRY RUNNER OF THE WEEK

MADISON, NJ --- Junior Cadee Rockwell (Sinking Spring, PA/Wilson West Lawn HS) of the Moravian College women’s cross country team has been named the Landmark Conference Women’s Cross Country Runner of the Week for her performance last week.

Rockwell, who earned Landmark Conference Runner of the Week honors for the second time in three weeks, led the Greyhounds with a tenth place finish among the 78 runners in the Leopard Invitational hosted by Lafayette College with a time of 22:32.30, the 20th fastest time in school history, on the 6,000-meter course.  Moravian was seventh of eight schools in the meet that included four NCAA Division I schools.

Moravian is scheduled to return to action on Saturday, October 30th in the 2010 Landmark Conference Championships being hosted by Goucher College in Towson, Maryland.
