THREE GREYHOUNDS NAMED TO ALL-TOURNAMENT TEAMS

BETHLEHEM, PA --- Senior Amy Sandt (Allentown/William Allen HS) of the women’s volleyball team and juniors Van Pham (Reading/Reading HS) and Andrew Grezlak (Doylestown/Central Bucks East HS) from the men’s soccer squad were named to All-Tournament Teams this past weekend.

Sandt, an outside hitter, led the Lady Greyhounds to a 4-1 record at the Gettysburg College Battlefield Classic and the championship of the Blue Medal Division. Sandt had 47 kills and 72 digs in the five matches. Moravian is 5-1 on the season.

Pham and Grezlak were named to the All-Tournament Team at the Haverford College Invitational this past weekend. Moravian posted a 1-1 record in the tournament with a 4-0 loss to Haverford and a 2-0 win over Swarthmore College. Pham, a forward, had the assist on the game-winning goal against Swarthmore while Grezlak, the Greyhounds sweeper, helped Moravian post the shutout. Moravian is 3-2 on the year.
