At King's College – Lost 4-3

The Greyhounds closed out the 2003 season with a 4-3 loss at King's College in non-conference action. Moravian opened the match by winning two of the three doubles contests to earn the doubles point. The Greyhounds had doubles victories from the teams of junior Jason Toedter and senior Todd Edwards and seniors David Kurvink and Dan Gorman. Moravian also received straight sets singles victories from Toedter and Kurvink for its other points. The victory by Kurvink was the 50th of his career making him the first player in Moravian history to win 50 singles matches in a career.

At 2003 Middle Atlantic Conference Individual Championships hosted by King's College & Wilkes University – No Team Scores

The Greyhounds had two singles players and two doubles teams competing on the first day of the 2003 Middle Atlantic Conference Individual Championships hosted by King's College and Wilkes University. Junior Jason Toedter of Moravian was seeded first in the singles tournament while senior David Kurvink was seeded sixth. Both players received byes in the first round before winning their second round matches. Toedter topped Neil Eicher of Juniata College, 6-2, 6-2, while Kurvink defeated Eric Calabrese of King's College, 6-1, 6-2. However, both players were knocked out in the quarterfinals. Toedter was ousted from the tournament by fifth seeded Kevin Kolodgie of King's, 6-1, 7-6, while Kurvink lost to defending champion and second seeded Chris Hileman of Lebanon Valley College, 7-6, 6-1.

In doubles action, Moravian freshmen Nick Schuett and Sean Lynch won their first round match, defeated Eric Witkowski and Eric Mazza of King's, 0-6, 6-3, 6-0. The duo was knocked out of the tournament in the second round, falling to sixth-seed Matt Zimmerman and Trevor Fisher of Albright College, 6-0, 6-0. The tandem of seniors Todd Edwards and Dan Gorman lost their first round match to Jason Sallemi and Sam Mugavero of King's, 6-4, 6-1.

Moravian lost its final home match of the season, falling to local rival Muhlenberg College, 5-2, in a match played indoors due to light rain. The Greyhounds' only two victories came in the top two singles matches in a straight set victory by junior Jason Toedter and a three-set win by senior David Kurvink.

Moravian's final road dual match of the season, a non-conference contest at King's College, was postponed until Sunday, April 27th at 1:00 p.m. by rain.

At Albright College – Lost 4-3

The Greyhounds dropped a 4-3 decision to Albright College in MAC Commonwealth action which eliminated Moravian from a third straight trip to the Middle Atlantic Conference Playoffs. The Greyhounds won two of the doubles matches to earn a point with victories from the teams of junior Jason Toedter and senior Todd Edwards and seniors David Kurvink and Dan Gorman. Moravian won the top two singles contests with victories from Toedter and Kurvink, but the Greyhounds were unable to pick-up a fourth point in the match to make the playoffs. All six of Moravian's losses this season are by a 4-3 score.

Moravian dropped a 4-3 decision to Elizabethtown College in MAC Commonwealth action which now forces the Greyhounds to win their final conference match of the season to earn a third straight trip to the Middle Atlantic Conference Playoffs. Moravian won the top three singles contests with victories from junior Jason Toedter and seniors David Kurvink and Todd Edwards, but the Greyhounds were unable to pick-up a fourth point in the match. This was the second straight contest that Moravian failed to win a doubles match. All five of Moravian's losses this season are by a 4-3 score.

The Greyhounds remained undefeated in MAC Commonwealth action and moved within one win of a third straight berth in the Middle Atlantic Conference playoffs with a 4-3 victory over Susquehanna University in conference action. For the first time this season, Moravian lost all three doubles matches to start the contest, but the Greyhounds responded with four singles wins to clinch the victory. Seniors David Kurvink and Todd Edwards and junior Jason Toedter all won straight sets singles matches and freshman Sean Lynch pulled out a three-set victory to win the match. Edwards' victory was the 30th of his career at Moravian.

The Greyhounds opened the match by taking two of the three doubles matches to win the doubles point. Moravian had victories from the doubles team of junior Jason Toedter and senior Todd Edwards and the duo of seniors David Kurvink and Dan Gorman. The Greyhounds clinched the match with straight sets singles wins by Toedter, Kurvink and Edwards. Toedter and Edwards each needed a tiebreaker to win one of their sets.

At University of Scranton – Lost 4-3

The Greyhounds dropped their fourth non-conference match of the season, losing to the University of Scranton, 4-3. Moravian won the first three singles contests with straight-sets victories from seniors David Kurvink and Todd Edwards and junior Jason Toedter. Toedter's singles victory was the 30th of his career at Moravian. The Greyhounds also received a doubles victory for the team of Kurvink and Edwards.

Toedter, Kurvink and Edwards each had straight sets singles victories to clinch the match for Moravian.

The Greyhounds won their third straight match with a 4-3 victory over Wilkes University in non-conference action. The Colonels opened the match, taking the doubles point after winning two of three contests. The Greyhounds lone win on doubles came from the team of seniors David Kurvink and Dan Gorman. Moravian won four of the singles matches to win the contest. The Greyhounds’ victories were by Gorman, junior Jason Toedter, senior Todd Edwards and freshman Nick Schuett.

Moravian had doubles victories from the teams of junior Jason Toedter and senior Todd Edwards and senior Dan Gorman and freshman Sean Lynch to earn the doubles point. The Greyhounds then won four singles contests with wins by Edwards, Gorman, Lynch and senior David Kurvink.

Kurvink and Toedter also earned straight-set singles wins for Moravian.
