DIRECTOR

Shelley Bauder has been the head women’s volleyball coach at Moravian College for the past 16 years. She has led the Greyhounds to a 329-190 record and her winning percentage ranks in the top 50 in the nation among active NCAA Division III coaches. Coach Bauder has been the Conference Coach of the Year four times in the last nine years and has had nine twenty-win seasons since 1996. She has coached four Conference Rookies of the Year, two Conference Players of the Year, twenty-eight All Conference Players, nine All Region Players and one All America Player.

COACHING STAFF

A highly qualified staff of college and high school/club coaches will instruct, along with past and present Moravian College players.

CAMP STRUCTURE

Our camp is designed to provide campers of all ability levels a rewarding and enjoyable experience. The LITTLE HOUNDS players will have their own court and will be introduced to the fundamentals of the game. The HOUND ACADEMY players will receive training in fundamentals, tactics, strength, conditioning, and will be ability grouped for match play.

FACILITIES

Breidegam Field House, along with Johnston Hall, will be the site of the camp. The field house is a huge facility with four courts available for play. A newly renovated state of the art floor in Johnston Hall is an excellent site for instruction and play.

INSURANCE

Each camper is covered by an excess camp medical insurance policy for injury resulting from camp accidents. Medical care is available at all times.

DISCLAIMER

The Moravian Volleyball Camp is operated privately and independently by the director and is not part of the college program.

CANTEEN

This is open daily for campers to purchase volleyball items, sports drinks, and snacks.

REGISTRATION

Register online at the web address below or complete the printed application and mail it along with your camp tuition payment in full. Make checks payable to: Moravian College Volleyball Camp. A family discount is available - $5 deduction per family member. Tuition is due with registration. Online registrants, please mail payment.

CANCELLATIONS

No refunds after June 15th. All refunds are subject to a $100.00 processing fee. If circumstances or injury make it impossible for attendance at our 2009 camp after receipt of deposit, we will apply deposit in full to your 2010 camp tuition.

CONFIRMATION OF ENROLLMENT

Prior to camp, you will receive confirmation by email. More information will be sent to you upon receipt of your application and payment. A health/insurance form must be completed, signed by a parent/guardian and mailed prior to participation. The form is available on our website.
