Sophomore midfielder Jess Cordani scored a goal with 38 seconds left in overtime to get the
win. For the Hounds, Cordani scored six goals, freshman attack Lindsay Lustrino had four
goals, senior midfielder Kaity Cerco added two goals and sophomore midfielder Shannon Kelly
found the back of the net once. Cordani and sophomore Lauren Johnston added an assist for
the Greyhounds. Moravian's overall record is 2-8 and 1-6 in the conference.

Greyhounds, who scored the first goal of the match just 36 seconds into the contest, trailed
just 5-3 at halftime but the Crusaders would find the back of the net nine times in the second
half. Sophomore midfielder Shannon Kelly had two goals for the Greyhounds while senior midfielder
Kaity Cerco had a goal and an assist and sophomore midfielder Jess Cordani scored one goal.

Moravian played
its first-ever NCAA women's lacrosse match on campus to open its 2004 season, falling to
rival Muhlenberg College, 21-7. The Greyhounds played their entire 2003 season away from
home due to field conditions. Moravian fell behind, 1-0 in the first minute of action, before
freshman attack Lindsay Lustrino scored her first collegiate goal to tie the match in the
second minute. Lustrino finished the match with two goals for the Greyhounds. Sophomore midfielder
Jess Cordani had four goals while sophomore midfielder Shannon Kelly found the back of the
net once. Senior midfielder Kaity Cerco contributed an assist for Moravian while junior Hayley
Zamek played her first career game in goal after being a midfielder last season. Zamek had
five saves in the match.
