Bonnie Walton Jordan lives in Medford, NJ with her husband, John, of 25 years and their two children, Drew, age 19 and Karleigh, age 17. Drew is a sophomore at Cabrini College in Radnor, PA majoring in psychology and Karleigh is a junior in high school. Bonnie is employed by Catholic Charities Diocese of Trenton as the program director of their Emergency and Community Services program in Burlington County NJ, a hunger and homelessness prevention program where she has worked for the past 13 years.

David Sommers recently had a showing of his art at Fox Optical’s gallery in Bethlehem. Some of his works can be found at his website www.davidsommersart.com. David continues to teach and coordinate some of the diversity and multicultural programs at Moravian Academy.

Moravian’s Head Softball coach, John Byrne picked up his 600th career victory on April 9 in the second game of the non-conference doubleheader sweep at Delaware Valley College. Byrne becomes the 14th active NCAA Division III softball coach, and the 20th Division III coach of all-time to reach 600 career wins. He has built Moravian into one of the best NCAA Division III softball programs in the country.

Vanessa Schukis performs opera, oratorio, and musical theatre. She is finishing her first semester as a guest faculty professor in the graduate opera department at New England Conservatory in Boston, Massachusetts.

Dr. Lisa Laury-Kleintop, assistant professor at the Lankenau Institute for Medical Research, received a two-year grant award from the American Heart Association for the project “Bin 1 Adaptor Protein and Cardiomyopathy.”
