Moravian students participate in after-school program for area youth
(Bethlehem, Pennsylvania)- Moravian College students are finding rewarding educational experiences by volunteering with the Lehigh Valley Summerbridge School After School program (LVS). The major focus of this after school program, centers on tutoring sessions, helping with homework, studying for tests, and working on projects on an individual basis with students. Sessions occur on a weekly schedule at each of the partner schools. LVS recruits student volunteers from local colleges to serve as tutors and Site Supervisors for 7 partner schools throughout the Lehigh Valley.

He has also taught math and science in the summer session this year. Konstantopoulos is pursuing a degree in Secondary Education and Mathematics.
This semester, Brandy Stahler is Site Supervisor for Holy Infancy School in Bethlehem, She taught a hands-on ecology class with LVS last summer.
