(Bethlehem, Pennsylvania)-- "Leadership: Principles and Practices" is a new course that will be offered at Moravian College during the Fall semester, beginning September 1. The Division of Continuing and Graduate Studies is offering this course which is geared to adult learners.
Don Robertson and Donna Goss, seasoned leadership instructors from the corporate world, will teach the course. The course will approach leadership as a life skill and an attitude relevant to many working environments, both for-profit and not-for-profit. Using research models as well as case studies, students will examine the characteristics of an effective leader and the behaviors which distinguish effective leadership. They will assess and strengthen their own leadership capacities and define opportunities to demonstrate the behaviors they have learned.
The 4-credit course meets Saturday mornings from September 1 to December 15., 9:00 a.m. until noon. For information and registration materials, contact the Continuing and Graduate Studies Office at 610-861-1400 or email@example.com.
