FLEMINGTON, NJ (April 26, 2007)— PharmaStrat, Inc., a local pharmaceutical strategic marketing firm specializing in Managed Care and Reimbursement Issues, awarded their 1st Healthcare Future Award to Moravian College Nursing Junior Candice Gerber for her essay entitled “Adolescent Substance Abuse, Community Health Approach, The Rising Cost of Health Care.”
Phil Patrick serves as President and founder of PharmaStrat, Inc.; and he emphasizes the need to give back to the community. He is passionate about healthcare, and finding ways to make it better. Mr. Patrick states, “I believe it is my obligation and duty to mentor the next generation of the leaders of healthcare.” Brian Corvino, a Partner at PharmaStrat, is a graduate from Moravian College in Bethlehem, PA, as well as, active Alumni. The Scholarship Essay award is made available to all Moravian Junior’s, and the award is applied to the winners’ tuition.
PharmaStrat, Inc. welcomed Representative Sylvia Doyle, director of Corporate and Donor Relations at Moravian College, and Candice Gerber, winner of this year’s Future Healthcare Award, with an award ceremony followed by a Luncheon at Max’s 31. “We look forward to reading more insights from our future leaders in the years to come, and wish Candice the best of luck in her Senior year at Moravian College.”
