Bethlehem, Pa., October 29, 2007—Moravian recently welcomed Marsha L. Stiles as the new Director of Alumni Relations for the college and seminary community. A life-long resident of the Lehigh Valley, Stiles has spent her professional career in managerial roles across the social service, manufacturing, telecommunications, and financial services sectors.
Stiles is a graduate of the Moravian College M.B.A. program, and earned her B.A. degree cum laude in Psychology/Education from Albright College, Reading, Pennsylvania. She pursued further professional development and holds certifications in Production & Inventory Management and Integrated Resource Management from the American Production & Inventory Control Society (APICS), and the NASD Series 7 General Securities License.
She is a member of the Lehigh Valley Chapter (APICS) — The Association for Operations Management, and has served as a committee member on the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce Executive Women’s Council Scholarship Committee. She currently serves on the Moravian College MBA Advisory Board and has actively participated on several committees in support of College and Program initiatives. She also volunteers as a mentor for high school women through the Families First ‘Learning Together’ Program.
Stiles resides in Nazareth, Pennsylvania and has one adult daughter. She will focus her efforts on fostering the relationship between the College and the Alumni to align alumni activities with Moravian’s strategic objectives. Stiles assumed the directorship of Alumni Relations from Penni Zimmerman, interim director, who has relocated to Macon, Georgia.
