Dave Roth Trio to Feature Songs of Love from the American Songbook
Bethlehem, Pa., January 13, 2012—The Dave Roth Trio will perform an evening of acoustic jazz featuring select love songs from American songbook composers such as Cole Porter, George Gershwin, Jerome Kern, Richard Rodgers, and Lorenz Hart in the intimate setting of Foy Concert Hall, Friday, January 27 at 7:30 p.m.
A celebrated performer in the Valley and beyond, Roth is a 1985 Moravian graduate, and he completed a Master's degree in classical piano performance at the University of Northern Colorado. His work in the field of jazz education has received national honors, and his recent work, the Music Teachers National Association's Jazz Studies.
Admission for the concert is $15 general admission and $10 for seniors and students. Advance tickets can be purchase online at: http://www.lvartsboxoffice.org.
