Stepping stems from the dance rituals performed by African-American fraternities and sororities in the early 1900’s. The dancers use footsteps, claps, and spoken word to illustrate their loyalty to their group. The company has performed in North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Caribbean.
