Wind Ensemble to Perform at Moravian College on April 19

Instrumental Concerto competition winner Ian Vogler to perform

Ian VolgerBethlehem, Pa., April 8, 2013—Moravian College Wind Ensemble’s Anniversaries and Student Work, directed by James Earl Barnes will perform in concert on Friday, April 19, at 7:30 p.m., in Foy Concert Hall. The concert is the second “Anniversaries” wind ensemble concerts featuring Instrumental Concerto competition winner Ian Vogler, a senior baritone saxophonist. Included are three premiers specifically written for the ensemble by Michael McAndrew ’15, and Michael Battipaglia ’13. This performance will also be live-streamed on http://www.ustream.tv/channel/moravianlive.
