Workshop to Teach Students the Art of Pay Negotiation

Bethlehem, Pa., April 17, 2013—Moravian College will hold a Pay Negotiation Workshop on Friday, April 19, in the Priscilla Payne Hurd Academic Complex on Main Campus. Students will learn how to understand the problem of pay inequity, improve negotiation skills, build confidence, and learn interview techniques. The program is sponsored by the Moravian College division of AAUW.

Students will hear from fund raising professional Linda Robertson in this free interactive workshop, which raises awareness about the pay gap between males and females. It is also designed to help women build skills in order to succeed in the business world.
