Rodale Magazine Art Director to Speak at Moravian College

(Bethlehem, Pennsylvania) – Dave Speranza, Art Director for Rodale magazines, will make a presentation at Moravian College on Wednesday, April 2 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the Design Lab on the Hurd (South) Campus.

Speranza’s design career began with trade magazines like American Druggist and Channels. He created the design for Windows Sources magazine and then became Associate Art Director at Elle magazine. Speranza also held the post of Senior Associate Art Director of Mirabella magazine. Golf for Women is another magazine that he art directed and redesigned for the “lifestyle market.” Speranza also did freelance work for TV Guide; he designed two stand-alone issues on NASCAR and Star Trek. His presence at Moravian was arranged by Christopher Neyen for his Publication Design class.
