Moravian College appoints Interim MBA administrators

(Bethlehem, Pennsylvania) Moravian College MBA Director, Dr. Santo D. Marabella, has been appointed to serve as Interim Assistant Dean for the fall 2003 semester while the College of Graduate Studies (CGS) conducts two key searches: one for Assistant Dean and the other for MBA Director.

Marabella said that during this time of critical transition he is “glad to serve the College in this way so our students continue to receive the same level of quality service and programs that have become the hallmark of Moravian’s CGS”. His duties will include supervision of the MBA program, evening college student advising, and special projects. He will also maintain his current teaching responsibilities of two management courses in the day program.

William G. “Bill” Ender, who served as Recruitment Consultant for the Moravian MBA program during the ’02 – ’03 academic year has been appointed to serve as Interim Director. Ender will assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the MBA program. He will recruit and interview prospective students, advise current students, and coordinate program events and fundraising.

Ender is a retired Bethlehem Steel executive. He worked in recruiting college graduates as employees during the latter part of his career at the Steel.
